Our Exchange Policy

At Priyangaa, each silk saree is crafted with love, care, and dedication. While we strive to ensure every saree reaches you perfectly, we understand that in rare cases, an exchange may be needed. To keep things fair and transparent, we’ve outlined our exchange policy below.

What You Need to Know

Each saree you purchase from us is unique, often available in just one piece. Once your order is placed, it is reserved exclusively for you and removed from our inventory.

👉 For this reason, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, irrespective of the saree’s price range.

  • No Returns or Exchanges Below ₹7,000 – Sarees priced under ₹7,000 are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • No Returns on Customizations – Sarees with fall & pico, tassels, blouse stitching, or any form of alteration cannot be exchanged.

  • No Returns on Sale Items – Sarees purchased during promotions or special discounts are final sale.

We only offer exchanges, and those are subject to availability within our current collection.

Exchange Window (Time Limit)

Exchanges are available only for sarees priced above ₹7,000.

  • You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

  • Once approved, the saree must be shipped back to us within 2–7 days.

  • Requests beyond this timeframe will not be eligible.

Conditions for Exchange

For your saree to qualify for exchange:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • It must be in its original condition, neatly folded with packaging and labels intact.

  • Sarees with fall & pico, tassels, or blouse alterations are not eligible.

  • Sarees purchased with custom requests before shipping are also not eligible.

  • For exchange requests, customers are required to record a clear 360° unboxing video of the saree. The video must be continuous, with no pauses, edits, or cuts. 

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause, but this step is essential to help us safeguard against misuse of our exchange policy.

How to Exchange (Step-by-step)

Step 1: Contact Us (within 24–48 hours)

  • Mention your order number and reason for exchange.

Step 2: Ship Back the Saree

  • Pack and ship to the address we provide.

  • Customer bears return shipping charges.

  • Share tracking details with us.

Step 3: Select Your Exchange Saree

  • After inspection, you may choose another saree of equal or higher value.

  • If the new saree is higher in value, you simply pay the difference.

  • If it is lower, no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Outbound shipping of your new saree will be covered by us.

Important: No Refunds or Cancellations

  • No Returns at Any Price Range – Our policy is strictly exchange only.

  • Orders placed online, via live sessions, or in-store cannot be cancelled or refunded once booked.

In-store Purchases

  • Same rules apply as online purchases.

  • Exchange must be initiated within 24–48 hours at our Experience Center.

  • No pickups or courier exchanges for in-store purchases.

International Customers

We currently do not accept exchanges for international orders due to logistical constraints.
